Hi, I'm Sean.
I'm a husband and a dad to four first.
Before this I spent years running the online side of big companies — Tripadvisor, and now EWTN, the largest Catholic media network in the world. My job was figuring out how a company gets found online and turns a stranger into a customer. Those playbooks work. They're also expensive and closely held, and most small businesses never get near them.
I've built something from nothing too. I co-founded a company and ran it, so I know what it costs. Building your own thing is the hardest, best work there is — and you shouldn't lose a job to a bigger competitor just because his website is slicker than yours.
That's the gap I close. I started Anchor & Anvil to hand those playbooks to the people who've earned them: the ones running their own shop, showing up every day, doing the work, betting on themselves.
